What are we loking for in a raider..(Read me second)

Hey guys, to make it easier for you to check whether Happy Hour is the right place for you, I have made a top 3 reasons on what we look at in a raider. If you think you don't fit in the criteria, you can either a. Don't bother applying or b. Fix yourselves first and then apply. Anyways here goes.

Number 3
Gear - While having a full T8 or T9 is a good thing, we don't actually have a strict gearing rule for you to be invited. What we actually interested in is how you use your gear and how you maximize it. Gemming and enchanting your gear is extremely important to us. You don't need baserking chant on your blue 2 hander but at least put something on it until you get a decent replacement.

Number 2
Maturity - I don't tolerate leet talk, ever. I hate it and most of the people here hate it as well. While the guild consist mainly of adults, younger players are welcomed if they know how to behave themselves. Asking to be an officer in the first day ticks me off greatly. While we are in the topic of maturity, I would also want to point up about mistakes. Humans make mistake all the time. So own up and move on. If you make a mistake, admit it and apologize.

Number 1
Socializing - Happy Hour is a highly social guild that consist of people from multiple backgrounds, race and countries. Always try to participate in the guild chat and try not to step on people's toes. Remember that paladin/priest/rogue/warrior etc etc you play with, there is a living breathing human behind the screen. Treat them like a real life friend and we will treat you the same way.
